White liberals are useful idiots. BLM, antifa and other progressive groups use the plight of poor blacks to organize left-leaning, middle-class, college-educated, guilt-ridden suburbanite whites. These people who topple statues and destroy public and private property care about minorities as much as their racist predecessors. Their goal is the acquisition and concentration of power and Americans have fallen hook, line and sinker for their phony virtue signaling.

Walter E. Williams is a professor of economics at George Mason University.
Some horrific quotes in the article about Hispanics and blacks I would rather not post

@DMAC 1st, I haven't forgotten about you.  I've been "unplugged" for a while and need to get my thoughts together.

Now I want to preface a question(s) I'm about to ask with this: while there's no such thing as a blue life, what happened to those 2 California cops is disgusting and horrible!  I will in NO WAY try to defend that murder or any other random act of violence; wrong is wrong.  Now with all of that said, if the coward who shot those cops had a child who was murdered by police, would that change anyone's opinion of the situation?  If his actions wasn't backed by BLM?

Also, regarding "Cuties", I haven't seen it nor will I watch it.  I've heard/read enough about it to not be interested in seeing it  But I have a question: is the necessary response to film to cancel Netflix?  How about just not watching it?  Or if it's really that bad get the movie removed from Netflix?  I read an article that I'll post from the New York Times.  In a nutshell the woman who made the movie did so to show the world how young girls are exposed.  She made this movie based of her own experiences.  With this said the point of this movie is to make people aware of what they could possibly be getting their children into and the dangers of it.  Also, it's an independent film which won a Sundance Film Festival Award.  Netflix is known for Sundance Film Award winners.  Lastly, this film was originally released in France.  There was no controversy over the film there.  I'm wondering if it was American made would scenes which made the final cut not have been allowed due to the "standards" here?  IDK...I just think regarding this and anything else, research should be done before as a society we try to "cancel" it...

EDIT: Forgot to post the link:

Also, here's a post from Facebook regarding this subject that I agree with 100%

One more thing I want to get off my chest, this thread is wack.  Since it's been on this board it's done nothing but incite division among all of us.  Like I gives a shit if you're Republican, Democrat, black, white, Hispanic, a cop or a janitor, a pastor or an atheist.  When I read the MAJORITY of these post, a lot of us have forgotten that we're all human beings 1st.  And we're all here because of our love & fandom of UT football/sports.  At the very worst we all have that in common.  And imo that is enough, at least as a start, to all have some sort of camaraderie. Come to this thread and that kinship is absent; unlike any other thread on this board.  It's disappointing.  No one is actively listening to the other.  Each side just spits their rhetoric about this and that which results in name calling and at the end of the day nothing is accomplished. Let's remember that we're all human, all American; which lead me to believe (at least hope) that we all basically want the same things even if we don't necessarily agree on how those thing can be achieved.

Agreed

In your hypothetical are those two deputies responsible ?  I am not a violent person but I wanted to kill that pedophile because of what he did to my daughter.  So yea I would understand why he did it if that deputy killed his son.  Crime of passion.  I didnt go out to try to find the first 65 year old and try to kill them either because of what one person did.

Sorry brother I dont agree.  There are some common morals in the US, this should be one of them.  They keep their pedophile artwork in France

Sterling Van Wagenen, who co-founded the Sundance Film Festival, has been sentenced to at least six years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual abuse of a child

I'm not DMAC however I can address these points.

If a man or woman can choose to be the opposite sex today and that's OK, why can't someone choose to be a "blue life". I have family and close friends (several who are black) who are LEOs and they all tell me it's a brother/sisterhood. They do a very tough job for not very much money because most love it.

In your other scenario, my mom was attacked by a black man who tried to rape her when she was a teen. Some soldiers saw it happen and beat the sh*t out of the attacker. I myself was mugged by 3 older black kids when I was 9 or 10. So based on you statement above, I should be able to get away with attacking 4 random black people? No sir, two wrongs don't make a right.

As far as his actions not being backed by BLM, there is video of them trying to block the entrance of the hospital and people yelling they hope the LEOs die. This has happened several times over the years. Where is BLM condemning the multiple deaths of LEOs by rioters? Actions are stronger than words.

While I have seen both side guilty of being intolerant. from what I see on Facebook, my friends who lean to the left are more intolerant than my friends who lean to the right.

As far as the division in America, I agree there shouldn't be however the sad reality is, it's there. I don't care what you believe of what your political leanings are. If you're my friend, you're my friend. However if I don't agree with someone's ideology,  I do object to being called a racist. Oh and if you're of the belief minorities can't be racist, I have more minority blood than white so I can't be a racist, right?

You seem like a good guy. I could drink some beers with you and listen to some music because I can talk about that all day long.

You deserve one too.  Well said brother.  I wish we all could be more civil instead as well.

I know I have done my share of attacks.  It gets frustrating with the back and forth but we need to be reasonable and less emotional.

It wouldn't matter one bit. BLM followed the ambulance to the hospital and chanted "We Want Them To Die!" or something like that. Despicable.

This was a set up murder or attempted murder followed by the most disgusting, most unhuman thing a group could do.

I agree with some of your post but the idea that we must unite together is not rational or practical.

Many of us here are Christians and we view the ideology of marxism to be evil. We simply will not join ourselves to evil.

From II Corinthians 6:

14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Fighting against evil is our obligation. We put on the Armor of God for a reason, and it is provided for a reason. For even among Christians, we have wolves in disguise that we must watch out for.

Acts 20:29-30

29I know that after mydeparture, savage wolves will come in among youand will not spare the flock.  30Even from your own number, men will rise up and distort the truth to draw away disciples after them.…

This election is different than any other before. We have a distinctive choice to make. Democrats have devolved themselves into socialist and want to tear down our Constitutional Republic in favor of a socialist government AND society.

Socialism is responsible for the murder of millions. It is responsible for thousands and thousands more whom were starved or died from disease. You have a walking example in Venezuela in real time. Our fathers, grandfathers and great grandfathers  shed their blood fighting socialism/communism across the world.

So yeah, we very much view the changed political party as the enemy whom is out to destroy us. There is no unity with that.

At risk of sounding insensitive.  I can put all of this away if someone would just try to answer a few simple questions.  I am not trying to provoke anyone.  I am being sincere and trying to understand why we always assume its racial.

First of all what happened to George Floyd and Prude were both wrong in my eyes.  Floyd appeared intentional, not sure about Prude maybe it was accidental but still wrong.  I am just basing this off the video I have seen.  There is no excuse for what Chauvin did.  He should face murder charges and if found guilty then jail time.  Floyd was NOT resisting from what I saw so there was no need the knee in the neck.

My question to anyone of you is why is it ASSUMED Floyd was a racial killing?  Seriously.  Is there any evidence this was a hate crime?  I am not saying it wasn't but everyone has just assumed it was.  Maybe they are right but shouldn't there be some sort of history showing prejudice before we burn the country down of racism and change sports into a Marxist movement?  Its a legit question.  Could we please follow facts over assumptions before we convict someone?  If justice is blind then social justice is presumptuous and misleading.

As for Blake.  I said this in another thread.  We keep hearing he was shot 7 times in the back.  It sounds horrible.  Why was he shot?  Are we to believe it was because he was black?  Does anyone ever look at the facts anymore?  He was reaching under his seat and had his back to the officers.  That is why he was shot after he assaulted officers, and 2 taser shots.   I am not going to go through the facts on this again.  If you dont believe that is a valid reason for the officers to shoot him or you believe 7 times is excessive then I ask you to kindly watch the videos below and tell me what you would have done different.

I am not trying to provoke or stir up a fight.  Use logic and common sense please.

Person shot multiple times and still managed to grab a cop while holding a knife

Resisted arrest and taser and still shot state troopers
