After reading all the speculation and opinions, I have found it interesting in that 1) No one formally associated with UT has announced No, MB will not be retiring as the head coach, and 2) Nick Saban will remain the coach at Alabama.

I acknowledge all the smoke so somewhere is the fire. And, it is telling that no one in authority will announce anything definitive about either man.

Oh, I started reading this site a few weeks ago and think this is a good site. No trash or "dumb" comments here.

I don't see how this looks good for Alabama fans. The AD was asked about the Saban extension and he basically had to deflect the question completely. If there were active discussions or it was imminent wouldn't he want to say that? With all the rumors swirling around, you'd think he'd be the first to want to say SOMETHING, ANYTHING is happening in order to calm the masses, right?

I might be reading too much into it, but it just looked "telling" as its being worded on Twitter.
