Adams Theory - Is David Ash Injury Prone?

I will you this.. When he has played he plays very hard. I think it is bad luck...

Football injures can be bad luck, Joe Theismann's injury by Lawrence Taylor. Anyone who has their leg twisted like that will be injured.

Diet is also a factor for breaking bones. For example diet soda water makes your bones more brittle. Also, being low in Vitamin D can impact your bones. So injury prone can be related to diet.

It would also help if Ash could learn to slide.

This is true. Think about how long Theismann played before that ugly hit by Taylor.

I think today's QB cannot afford to play like a RB. He's got to slide or get out of bounds.

I think to properly answer the OP's question though, you have to consider how many games or weeks he's missed as opposed to those he's played. I have no idea what that would break down like though.
