A former Longhorn pitcher dies after numerous black widow bites

I do not remember Jeff Seale, former pitcher for the University of Texas baseball team, but this is a sad story. He evidently passed away after being bitten 19 times by a black widow spider. story can be found at the link below. Condolences to his family - they, as well as Jeff, are in our prayers.

That is a sad story. I read an article on him and how he was feeling bad but just shook it off thinking he would feel better. God bless him and his family.

So sad and so many questions. How could he get bitten 19 times and not know it after the first time? I hope his family gets some peace but this would be hard to take..
