Think might thinking NIL, if was just QB it be no brainerSeems like Mater is a lot like the QBs he’s already played with. Might want to play with someone who can actually get him the ball like Arch.![]()

Lot talk about Coleman & Baugh would be good, but they are luxeries. They are not gonna protect Arch. OL should be #1 priority #2 lb
This my opinion
F both of them and F both of their coaches.Tech and USC have now jumped into the Cam Coleman sweepstakes
So, this is where I get confused on the "salary cap". How can a team like TT outbid Texas when they have loads of money committed elsewhere and everyone is dealing from a comparable bucket? I understand they have donors and so does Texas, but that money can't be offered by the school, right? They (coaches) can't promise more.Tech and USC have now jumped into the Cam Coleman sweepstakes
You don’t promise him anything. Just have your donor and agent at the visit and they can hash it out. tt’s Chairman of the Board of Regents is the football teams moneybags. So pretty easy for them. So, this is where I get confused on the "salary cap". This is what I posted some time ago: NIL is the wild card. TT's billionaire oil man, Cody Campbell, is on TT Board of Regents. He is in a position to know what is needed, even if it is a wink and a nod. I thought it was unusual for TT to pay a softball pitcher over 1 million dollars. How about Michigan paying QB 8 figures? How does a softball player generate that much marketing or Name, Image and Likeness? Unless there is some curtailing of NIL by Congress, NIL and the Cody Campbells of the world are here to stay. So is TT. Otherwise, attorneys will be suing for violation of Sherman Antitrust Act. That being said, there is a poster on here that supports NIL and free enterprise. Players are shopping their services Salary cap? That is a joke. That pertains only to the school side. $100 handshakes in the past by boosters are now given by players. So, this is where I get confused on the "salary cap". Great news. Hopefully he sticks.
