Thats really not true. Moore made a decision on the date/time he specified. He announced Oregon. To that point, nobody was saying he's not going to Oregon. And nobody knew whether or not he'd go to Texas.

People may have felt confident, but that really doesn't matter. What he decided does.

So it's not like he pledged to Texas and then flipped to Oregon.

Oregon is not actively recruiting Lockett anyway.

I believe my statement to be true. Everything I read and saw was that Texas was out front. The reason you say its not true is because of what you stated above, "nobody was saying he's not going to Oregon". However, being a Texas lean, people picking Texas can also be interpreted as "not going to Oregon".... until he did.

Bendenbaugh is tough to beat. Especially if he gets a foot in the door. Flood is top notch (recruiting) so it will be interesting to see it play out.

If we get the kid from Iowa, I won't be as upset if we lose Fasusi. I remain hopeful we can pull both.

Bedenbaugh and Flood are two of the best. Gerry said this will be 50/50 as he wavers between the two from week to week. If we lose out on him we shouldn't panic because Brandon Baker is turning heads.

For sure nothing is 100% until signing day, even then there is always the portal.

The way I remember it was all of the Chrystal balls for Moore were for Texas, then Oregon swooped in at the end.

I think after Sharma initially committed elsewhere that lots of fans were feeling like the rug was being pulled out from under them, and they were no longer as optimistic about the class.

Sark has said he doesn't panic with recruiting, and he and his staff have been getting a pretty good percentage of the guys they want. No reason to think that when the ink is dried, that we won't be happy with the 2025 class.

Reading the sites, viewing the socials. That paints a picture. There are experts out there with opinions and when they pick where they feel he will land, then that has some weight. Not saying it's going to come through or DM is influenced by it. Nothing more; nothing less.

Baker is going to be a dude. And we have John Turntine in the 2026 class. Would much prefer to land a 5 star tackle every year but that is a challenging thing to pull off.

My concern about recruiting so far is even though will good class. We are top heavy on skill positions. Maybe we pull some DB,LB,DL,& quality on OL. Yeah alright this year & next. No tackle,5 guards, 4 3* & a walk on

He doesn't communicate much so not a strong feeling right now. Even colleges don't seem to have a good idea. Texas is in it as much as anyone else at this point.
