2024 Recruiting Board/Thread

They would definitely try to spin it, since spin is what they do, but for a long time commit to say your rival is his dream school, and then not sign until today when he was obviously having serious reservations, isn't a good look.
aggy will say he trolled Texas and it was “good bull”, aggy gonna aggy

Does anyone else get the feeling this whole Evans thing was concocted to give atm "a win" against Texas in recruiting to jump start momentum? Of course, I thought the same with Smith which I'm happy I was completely wrong. I don't know, I always get suspicious with crap like this. Seems like an aggy thing to do.
You're right its stupid (by extension aggy). We're going to end up with a top 4 class, aggy going to keep one recruit from flipping to keep its 15-20 ranked class and say they are winning the recruiting wars. That's aggy alright.

I've gotten to the point where I trust this staff to get the right kids and pass on talented kids that don't fit for whatever reason.
DT Alex Foster told IT he's planning on hosting Sark for an in-home visit next month since he "absolutely loved" his official to Texas.

Hopefully the staff will stay after him and he gets a chance to commit.

As of today, it sounds like Texas will take two more interior DL if they're the right guys.

I gotta tell you Tfloss, ever since you posted his HS film I've been hoping the staff could flip him. Forget Evans and McKinley if they can get Foster. I think Aranda is a good evaluator and he wanted him then there is something there

Man the way things are looking at Baylor this flip should definitely be an easy decision for him. I like Aranda but he’s probably gone after this year. They rated last in recruiting in the Big 12

IT also doesn't expect Evans to sign with Texas.

They even went as far to say "be grateful" that he won't.
Weird, we wanted him yesterday until he doesn't want us and now we should be grateful? What happened overnight for this to be let out? Sorry, that doesn't sound right and a little like aggy.

If he goes to aggy, we tell the kid good luck and move on.

Edit Note: @TFloss32 , in no way am I implying you sounded aggy reporting this. It was meant for whoever at IT stated such.

Goosby? I believe our staff is extremely high on him and he has a pretty realistic pathway to the field sooner than later. I’ve never heard him as a candidate for the portal. Is there something to this?

He will make a fine DC for someone.

Not at all, I hope he doesn't move on, but I feel there may be 1 or 2 OL enter the portal. He was just a name I picked.

I believe there is some confusion with Evan Stewart and Daelyn Evans
