It’s not about criticizing other teams and excusing poor performance from Texas. It’s about realizing that tough games happen. Yesterday was a prime example. Unfortunately, some fans only see the struggles of the Horns and gloss over the realization that progress has and is being made. That does not mean there isn’t still a ways to go. Every lesson learned from games like yesterday makes them better the next time. Ask SC, TCU, NC etc. which outcome they would have preferred yesterday.

This! I wanted to beat uh by 50, but this happens. We always talk about being other teams Super Bowl, but when we play the game everyone forgets and throws out the "We're Texas" like that should automatically add 20 points to the scoreboard. It's survive and advance season. Maybe with Quinn's injury, everyone gets hyper focused and we blow everybody out.

I don't care how, but just win and get to the CCG. Win that and my expectations for this season have been met. Anything beyond that puts us ahead of schedule in my book.
