The majority of the time in recruiting, I would say absolutely not.

With Texas' momentum and Manning being arguably the biggest recruit ever, the staff has crazy good leverage and kids are scared of missing the boat.

If Kirkland is in, chalk it up to very special circumstances we don't see much at all.

Appears to be a few factors that are lining up perfectly for Texas, which makes Kirkland an outlier in recruiting.

However, this is a perfect example of NIL changing the game if he chooses Texas without even visiting.

BTW TFloss, I’ve been following you since you were on the Spurs UT forum. That’s what brought me here and I just recently posted my first time. I offer that information so that everyone knows I’m not some alter because of my post activity.
