You mean the same Tom Herman that has a winning percentage of 71% with a record of 54-22 and has never had a losing season in 6 years as a head coach and taken his team to a bowl game in every season that he has been a head coach?

Yes, that Tom Herman. If you find another Tom Herman anywhere out there, it is not the person in question.
Tom Herman got fired, I suppose because of all the success he had here. lol
Maybe it was because we always ended up in the Alamo Bowl and maybe some people don't consider that success. Maybe it was because he sucked against ou. Maybe it was because he had the personality of a fresh dog turd. Maybe it was taunting an opposing team's QB late in the 4th.
I swear I can't put my finger on it.

Tom could coach pretty good but only up to a certain point. Everywhere he went he could win a big game, but he was guaranteed to lose a game to a bad team. He could recruit better than some, but never great. His evaluation skills were not good.His development skills frankly sucked. Maybe that is harsh, but I never saw so many 5 star and high 4 star guys all but wash out.....Again, that might have been poor evaluation. Whatever it was....good ridence!

You know, I was on my last cup of coffee this morning and thought I would have a little fun on the board since it was off-season. So I found the opportunity to thow something out there about everyone's friend, Tom Herman.
One of Tom's biggest problems was that he was his old worst enemy and couldn't get out of his own way and was pretty immature for a grown man who represented The University of Texas. If he ever matures, he has a chance to end up being a pretty good coach when it's all said and done.
And, for the record, my post was factual ?
