You're right. Sark likes his WR room with 2-3 less receivers than most programs.

Seems like a good strategy,  as long as 9 or 10 recievers are good enough,  and you can consistently re stock. It not only allows some more depth at other positions(maybe in the trenches)  but also allows each of them to better showcase their talents.

My take is 3 deep at all ositionsplus a spare ortwo. So 3 positions = 9 + 2 or 11 for a ideal room.

As I remember it Herman's team had 13 WR's which Sark said might be too many. Then said his last year at Bama  they had 9 whitch might not be enough.

Didn't Sark comment on the team having way too many WRs when he took over? I remember some comment about the numbers at positions being way off from what he desired.
