Can someone please explain to this dummy (me) how A. Hall can enter the transfer portal and be eligible immediately?  Didn't he already transfer to Texas?  Wouldn't he have to sit a year? 

It's as if the transfer portal rules are written in pencil.  I can't keep up.

Hopefully Drew Brees stays on as an asst coach there.  Not a bad situation for him to learn under Brees.

It was always going to be an education decision as well, and Purdue fits the bill for an MBA.

Plus, Graham Harrell is their OC now.
