Sark/Banks moving to UT and now Charles Huff (Alabama RBs coach) taking the Marshall job has potentially shaken up his recruitment.

Just read through that thread. Interesting comments from Suchomel from this standpoint. From time to time, the mods over there drop hints about things when they know something. Not saying that is what he doing in this case but it has happened before.

Suchomel is quite conservative with his statements, and he mentioned it twice.

I'm sticking with the mindset that Texas is only getting J. Brooks at RB this cycle. That's what i convinced myself of that and I'm sticking with it.  If they get Wheaton or Johnson then I will be ecstatic, but I'm not counting on it.

If he gets beat out for his spot then great! Don’t play him. But his scholarship doesn’t count against the 85 so I’d hold off just forcing him to leave the team.

On DE Garfield Lawrence of Tyler Legacy...he is no longer committed to Kansas, per OrangeBloods.

His most likely landing spot right now is Houston, but a Texas offer would change that.
