Rivals doesn't show him as signed. 247 shows him as a "hard commit."

My question is about the Brockermeyers...could they be released since their coach left?  Or are they too sour on UT now?

I don't think you'll see the Brockermeyers in UT uniforms. Just don't see it.

With the chatter on Wheaton does this affect LJ Johnson. Thought he was an early enrolee. If so he's cutting it close.

Saw a couple ATM CBs for LJ.  Really hope Texas can flip Wheaton now with the Ingram transfer news.  Im all for the development of Jonathon Brooks, but I think he needs a year and don't know the status of Daniel Young coming back. Don't really want to go into the season with just Bijan, RoJo, and Brooks at RB.

On another note, I really wanted the good news train to continue.  I knew UT would have transfers, but I was hoping there would be other news to offset it....like a new DC or another commit. Oh well, I'm a Texas fan, so I'm used to this.

I watched the highlights to Denton Ryan and Cedar Park. I was not impressed by Sanders on defense. His effort looked half hearted. He does look like he could be a very good tight end.

I've seen Ja'Tavion several times the last 2 years on D and O.  Last year, 2019, the games I saw, he only played D.  He was dominant.

I wonder how much of the both-ways stuff at Ryan played into him seemingly not being as effective on defense? Or at least perception-wise. I know I saw some clips of him making an INT and taking it to the house.

I'm excited to see him play. I don't think you'll be able to keep him off the field, thats how special he is.

He's a true candidate for one who could be All-Big 12 on both sides of the ball, whichever one he chooses.

Per IT, Sark talked to OL Austin Uke of Dallas Parish Episcopal this weekend and re-offered him.

He mentioned he's excited for what Sark and Flood can do at Texas.
