I'm not worried about the timing of the OV. He's already been on a Texas visit and loved it. It was impactful. IMO, his mind was more or less made up after that visit. Michigan's performance just made it easier.

He'll announce and take his OV to Texas after, as a commit. That scenario has happened a few times.

I hope you are right like your Texas/Baylor prediction last year.

When he gets to Texas, are you an idiot for trying him on the offensive side of the ball? Or are you an idiot for not trying him there?

Will mention again that the visit with Texas went about as well as it could have gone. It seems the idea of playing closer to home has become more appealing as this recruitment as worn on. 

Tom Herman and his staff have put themselves in a good position, but they have to close the deal.

I’d let him play safety. Only reason he isn’t playing both right now is to lessen the exposure to his knee. He will need all the reps he can get defensively once he gets to campus.
