If he is not fully committed to Texas then he is of no value to Texas. We should move on. If we strike out with other targets and he still wants to come in the end then maybe. Maybe not.
Bear, thats BS. Malik told us no about 20+ times before he said yes. Lots of kids do this.
Again, he's a kid trying to find his way. You let him do that. And when/if he does come, he's here for the right reasons and put some thought into the process.
I agree that his heart needs to be in it. But honestly, remembering my own experience, I really didn't know what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go at this stage in my HS career. All I knew is every coach I spoke with made me want to commit on the spot. LOL
