Some of you folks are far too brittle when it comes to any criticism of CS.

I have been amazed at the emotional attachment so many UT fans have with Strong. It seems they have more affection for him then the actually university. Seems very odd to me. The only thing I can think of is that they have become so entrenched in supporting Strong that it has become more about them being right that he will succeed than actually supporting him at this point. I think the same can said for some who dislike Strong. They would rather the team fail  at this point so they can just say I told you so and that he sucked. The whole thing has become so damn weird. I care about UT and really could careless about the coach. I want every coach to succeed but I'm not more loyal to them than I am the university.
