A response from King at TFB about Mike Williams getting into Stanford:

"He hasn't been yet. He had to get his first semester grades in and told me that he expects to know before his Stanford official visit (January 15th) and told me he's "very confident" he'll get it."

sad face...

"Legit question exists of how we choked away this advantage. JMad is a force on the field, it's a big loss."

I was thinking of saying something about the proper way to react if he does not get it.

But sounds lie it wont matter ......

You can't just blame and criticize Coach Strong for not successfully recruiting somebody when you do not know the full story. There is obviously more to it than just the one quote of him saying he likes coach strong and UT. Trust him and be patient over this next month

Huge failure by CS If this is all correct.
Oh for christ's sake...

J-Mad said that one of the reasons is he felt A&M was a better place for him to excel academically.  You think that is Coach Strong's fault?

Apologies again.

I can criticize anyone I want anytime I want. You can like it or not.

I was just quoting what Juan said.

OL coach Mattox's first stop after the dead period lifts is supposedly with Patrick Hudson

Hudson (6'5,325) is a 5-star OT commited to Baylor

Some talk that the sister-admission idea would not be an issue.

But Holland says he is "80% committed to Baylor" and thinks Hudson to Texas is "a longshot"

From what I've heard, it's not that much of a longshot.

That would set up quite the battle at RT (Delance is supposed to be more advanced)

Perhaps even LT

I think he actually played OG at the UA Game
