I agree completely, what an underwhelming hire. This is arguably the biggest college job and this is what we got? We talked a good game, $7 mil a year plus supposedly top 2 or 3 jobs in all of sports and we hired a itty bitty splash hire. Awful, he is in over his head.

Yes, think we should have the philosophy of playing anybody, anywhere at anytime. The rivalry has great history and should continue. It is a shame that some great rivalries cease to exist such as Nebraska and OU. Would rather play good teams than the patsy of the week.

Everything sounds good up to the point where they tried to talk Mack out of the decision several times and that they wanted him to stay for the duration of the contract, sounds like a direct contradiction to almost everything out there.
