I don't think D4 will happen as quickly has some might hope. I think at first it wll be a restructer of rules. 1. More scholarships 2. Players can work sell autographs 3. Pay players 4. Non BCS Conf no playoff money 5. More coaches more practice time with players.

Mora would be good. He is building UCLA from O-D lines out took 7 O-line last year.
