I saw that pitch. I've given up on figuring out what an ump calls a ball and strike.

You take away the 6 runs scored after Texas should have been out of that inning and aggy still wins 5-4, however maybe our boys don't feel like they're fighting back against improbable odds. BTW, that ump's strike zone changed throughout the game and there were some strikes he called later on aggy that earlier were balls. Guess he was getting tired and hungry.

I'm not sure if you saw the softball game last night but something very similar happened in it. Brenlee Gonzales threw a pitch right down the middle, a better pitch than Harrison's, which should have been strike 3 but the ump called it a ball. The ou batter eventually walked putting runners on 1st & 2nd with no outs and the next batter up hit a 3 run HR. Texas lost 4-3 and that run was the difference. Now Texas could have lost in extras, but the fact is you'll never know.

That has to mess with the pitcher's mindset when they throw clear strikes that are called balls. Maybe college needs what the pros have where the computers can correct a bad strike/ball call?

Looking at the map, don't believe that gaggy or SEC wants this game played today/tonight. The weather delay is from lightning not rain. The closest storm is west and south of Navasota.
