Me, @Sirhornsalot, @MBHORNSFANand @DMAC approved it at last year's end of the year meeting. Remember, you had to miss the meeting for another Christmas party you had to attend that night. Dmac was supposed to send you the minutes from that meeting. Guess he had partied a little hard during the meeting and must have forgot.Who thought this crap up?
DMAC called up Dbut82 and got a ride home. Thats all he remembers. Dbut gave him the treatment. lolMe, @Sirhornsalot, @MBHORNSFANand @DMAC approved it at last year's end of the year meeting. And, of course @DBut82laughed at my post since we voted him off the board that night. He partied even harder than @DMAC did and wasn't taking anything seriously during the whole meeting. We finally had had enough. The good news is that he is up for reinstatement at this year's meeting.Me, @Sirhornsalot, @MBHORNSFANand @DMAC approved it at last year's end of the year meeting. I've been pretty salty about how it all went down lol
Even in the NFL you are compensated for prior performance. There is very little pay for current year production.I wasn't sure if it was allowed, thanks for clarifying. In my Mind it's too bad. The NIL basically makes these athletes professionals, but puts some artificial constraints on exactly how their compensation can be structured.
Been a huge issue with Olympic athletes for decades. And most importantly the reason we don't have EA sports NCAA Football anymore!Who thought this crap up?
This is how it's been for decades. The powerful have always ruled over the peasantsThe biggest money is going to have a huge leg up (if they play it right) and the smaller outfits are going to get left behind.
Recently that has been less true. With the big TV contracts any P5 team could largely keep up with the blue bloods in many ways. I suspect this will change that. This is how it's been for decades. The powerful have always ruled over the peasants
Yeah, I'm afraid I would be in favor of going back to the times when we beat Utah 70-3 in pre-conference games back in the day of DKR. We don't need parity as bad as we thought. lolRecently that has been less true. With the big TV contracts any P5 team could largely keep up with the blue bloods in many ways.
