SignUp Now!I like talking about it here.Someone start a Kyler Murray thread so y'all can talk about this bullshit somewhere else.
Yes. But Flutie on steroids as far as ability. From a stature standpoint.
Well, I should...but I don’t have toYou dont have to like him, but you do have to respect his natural born talent.
Well, glad he has made a decision. Hope he can hold on to the ball in Huntsville.Toneil Carter to Sam Houston State per his Twitter.
Me neither. I can’t see any nfl franchise using a first round pick on him. Too small and fragileI don't really see him as a first rounder. He is too small--not just height-wise. Can you imagine a DT or DE hitting him? I know there are 6 foot QBs but I'm not sure Murray will make it. His arm is strong enough but if I learned anything from the Bama game. You can rattle him by hitting him a bit. Any DC worth his weight in salt, would make his life miserable. He'd have to adapt or go to baseball.
If I were the A's, let him go to the NFL. He might have better luck playing in the NBA.
Doug Flutie would be the obvious comparison... another QB people thought was too short.Murray goes in the first 20 picks and has success in the NFL.
1. Size isn’t as important the way things are spread out these days. It may have never been as important as pro scouts thought.
2. He has had success in just about everything he has done athletically.
I know he played for Aggie and then ou, but he was the best player in college football last year. His size is the only thing preventing him from going #1 besides a lingering baseball threat.
Wouldn’t that be ironic if the 5’7” QB suited up as a “Giant”?Kyler wont slip past the giants at #6
Didn’t he hear Holgersen quit?I'm sure he'll try to claim that there was misreporting and he never intended to block Kendall's transfer to WVU.
