I think it was Doc Longhorn who posted in this thread (I think) that the aggies didn't pay Jimbo $75 to play "nice".  You can take it to the "bank" that they, and others, have pulled out all the stops when it comes to negative recruiting. That is a huge part of what is happening early on.

If they are rampantly cheating again, this time I hope it’s on tape, and the NCAA hammers them. Heck, it could be the FBI, considering the money involved in CFB. 

With the number of major infractions they have, I think the death penalty would be appropriate.

They found two Texas players who accepted cash from an agent. One of the two is on our roster and now can't play.

The FBI-NCAA hoops story is huge, IMO. Why? Because for once the NCAA has some muscle behind it (FBI). One would think it would be cause for pause for boosters and agents and schools everywhere.

The FBI has subpoenae power.  That takes this to an entirely new level. 

Rest assured that I have no legal insight on this; however, with students signing documents attesting to receiving no monies from agents, etc.,, and based on good faith receiving allowable monies from The University (same for other athletes at other schools), it seems like a potentially crippling case for fraud perpetuated by some schools. 

That is the way I see it anyway.  The real shame is using 18-21 year olds to make themselves feel better.

Shepherd measured in at 6’6, 319 today in Houston. Great tackle measurables. 

Meanwhile Kenyon Green came in at 6’4, 317. Borderline tackle measurables. Wonder what his arm length is. Could end up being a guard long term.

Marcus Banks ran a 4.53 forty.  IT is very high on him, thinks he'll be highly ranked in the end and may be the best CB in-state.
