I have to agree with all of the above. If recruiting is as good here as I think it will be, it will give me good reason to cancel my OB sub. The structure of this site and options just make it that much more enjoyable.

I think the only reasonable way to get JO involved is with a very heavy ground game. I personally wouldn't bench Gray, Brown or Johnson in favor of Jalen. That may change if he were to get a few meaningful series. He was in late in the game against a NMSU team that was sporting a 0 in the wins...

I agree that Saban has had a better career, but don't the differences in SEC and Big 12 play concern you? Saban hates the hurry up / no huddle offenses and leans heavily on the ground game. I'm not so sure there are enough of those types of players in the Big 12 region to choose from. Carroll...

Edmond is still making those "scratch your head" kind of plays but he has improved. It's discouraging when the lineman are having to tell him where to be or one of the other linebackers. The kid has the size and great hands.

Carroll has been my number one dream for a coach. Saban is right behind him though. Reason being is that I'm not sure how Saban would handle recruiting here in Texas where the spread is so dominant. If Texas were to offer Carroll 8-9 million a year to coach here, I'd be all for it.
