Texas needs to keep winning. Hosting a super-regional is critical IMO. Our pitchers seem to be much more comfortable at home.

Please keep in mind that anything past playing in a Regional is gravy this year.
Hosting a Regional, playing in a Super, hosting a Super and making it to Omaha would all be great. But those are so far ahead of what the expectations were coming into this season, that we should just enjoy the ride. This team is still EXTREMELY young and has the potential to put away opponents as well as piss on their boots from time to time. We've seen both this season already.
My personal opinion is that IF they play to their potential, continue with great pitching and put up hits and runs, they can be in the mix in Nebraska this summer. They just have to avoid guffaws like Rice, and they can't blow big leads to good teams. They've got a ton of grit and fight to them, and the talent level is well above-average. Just have to eliminate brain farts and multiple bad innings.
