Washington is not a good baseball program.
This is Terry's first full season, it's Pierce's 8th season. I'd lean towards Pierce as being the bigger problem if I had to choose one now.

Pierce has been to Omaha. Three times. Am I right? I'm drawing a blank right now. Who ever called it the golden years was a blithering idiot.
Disagree with you. You are very opinionated on all sports, but are not quick to admit you’re wrong. Watched it happen last year in both baseball and football. Pierce‘s teams have consistently gotten stronger as year goes on. He spends early part of year finding what works and what doesn’t. Give it time to develop.
This years team can score, and has 1 dominant top end pitcher they can ride in LBJ. Need a second and 3rd arm to step in Starter role. Would love to see Witt and Hurley solidify those roles. There are some good arms in bullpen, I chose not to be negative all the time. Your narrative on the softball team is completely different, and their pitching is also struggling….

Yes he has, and 2 of those 3 trips were winless and if I remember right, the loses were big. The other time Texas finished tied for 3rd.
I just haven’t been impressed with him since the start. It seems he has a look of bewilderment on his face during games. Guess I’m spoiled by the Gus and Augie years. Someone on here tried comparing him to them but IMHO, he has a long way to go to be considered in that crowd.
Howard really struggling last few starts. Ace Whitehead has been big last 4 innings, Texas has clawed back into game. Ace last several relief outings has been really good. Certainly becoming a go to guy, think Pierce has to take Howard out of the rotation at this point.

Do you think there is problem inthe pitcbing staff. Today's game sameo sameo too littletoo late. Giving up 2 runs on no hitsin a close game is not winning baseball.
Yes I do have opinion's and state them. Espically when things are going wrong. You might rethink remark on Pierce's getting stronger check out this year's record. Give it timeto develop season is about 1/3 over,how much . time
There is a very big difference in Ladies softball and mens baseball in won and loss and coaching
Yes Ladies pitchers had one bad weekend series. A farcry from half ofgames played.
I know baseball team has aproblem. What it is not sure. Belive it ispitching staffmismanagement.
If you see a dominant pitcher on this stall, your eyes are better than mine. And they proablly are.

Ace wasthe reason last years team was srtonger at end ofseason. Ace pitched in 2 games 1 inning each 3 up 3 down then was pulled for a 7.+ erapitcher
I compared the season results between Augie and Pierce. They clearly aren't on the same level overall though - not unless Pierce can hang some championship banners.
So when we say coaching Is problem in baseball, just a few facts for those who are disatisfied. Just last 3 years, and most teams would kill for this high level…
* 2021 won conference lost in 3 game set to Miss State 4~3 In final 4 at CWS. Finished season ranked 3rd.
* 2022 started 5~7@ rallied into CWS finished season ranked 9
* 2023 won conference, lost in 9th inning of super regional game 3. 2 outs in a tie game and DC lost the ball on what should have been out number 3. A freak play, but if he catches ball odds are Texas makes their3rd straight CWS.
Forgive me if I just don’t understand the disdain for Pierce. I am goin to enjoy the season and see this team grow. Conference play next weekend, those are the series that matter.

No LHN is not availableto me. So boxscores is best thing for me. A well kept score book wouldbe better but non available. IMO more infro. can be gotton from boxscores than watching, it is there in black and white.
Todays starter == Pitching Staff. Any way we bothwant Hornsto win just have different opinionsas to how.
