1. Riggins is a 3-star per 24/7. He will never be a 5-star.
2. One of their posts had him at 6'0 tall. He's 5'10.

DCTF sucks hind wind at recruiting. Whatever they put out, it's always months old. I will be ending my subscription because I really get nothing out of it.

I buy DCTF for infro. on high schools more than universities. also JC's few years back always made a few JC games.

There is some value at looking at who else has offered. A 3 star with offers from Bama, Georgia, OU, Ohio State, etc probably isn't really a 3 star.

But the total number probably has more to do with how much a recruit is willing to play to recruiting game, attend camps, etc and also depends on how many offers they publicly announce.

Only time will tell if the benefits of cheating out weight the penalties.

Unless the NCAA comes down hard against schools like michigan and tennessee , then other schools will conclude that cheating is a worthwhile endeavor.
