Did Bama cry a river for us when Colt got hurt in the BCS game? Nope. We would have won that game with Colt but it is what it is. I find it absolutely laughable you guys want FSU in the playoff when you all know they are not good right now because you guys are having some type of condescending heartbreak session for them. They wouldnt give a shit if we were left out and they got in.

The judgement should be based on the ENTIRE season. But the past two weeks are very much a part of the whole season.

It is clear by their performance against LV that FSU would get killed by any team in the eventual final four. You must have a championship defense (which they have) AND a championship offense (which they no longer have). FSU was penalized because the offense was no longer a real threat to any team.

We will just have to agree to disagree on this guys. FSU sucks right now. Their last 2 games without Travis shows it. I think the reason they dropped today so far is the entire committee actually watched that game last night. Its was horrible. Everyone knew it was going to happen. If anyone got screwed it was Georgia. You guys are making a case for who deserves it more based on the entire season. I understand that but to me its the 4 best teams right now. FSU isnt even top 10 to me.

Im telling you I wasnt worried I knew were going to make it after the last 2 games. I said it earlier this week if Georgia loses we make it in. A lot of you said no way we make it in over the 2 time defending champs. I ended being right on the head to head with Bama and with being in over Georgia. I knew after watching FSU they were toast and so did most of the media. Everyone watched just horrible both of those teams were.

Call me heartless because idgaf. Its where the chips fell for FSU. No one is entitled to a playoff spot because they went undefeated in a weak ass conference with a shitty strength of schedule. Might as well give it Liberty then. The ACC is highly overrated. Louisville is terrible and FSU is not good. Right now based on who they beat you cant even say they are great with Travis. Who did they beat that was really good? Clemson sucks, LSU is average to decent, Louisville flat out sucks

It was funny during the selection show I heard them state the 2 weakest conferences were the ACC and the Big XII yet both had winning records against supposedly the best one, the $ec. The Big XII vs $ec games were all played at $ec schools too.

Everyone saw the 2 best ACC teams play each other. It was pathetic. None of them are even close to Georgia, Bama, or Texas. We can spout records all we want but we all know they would get destroyed. The committee did as well.

Can't argue with what you wrote however you did state "conference" which is more than just Bama and Georgia. BTW, going into the$ec conference championship they had 1 loss between them, so I'd say it's safe to say it wasn't them that lost to an ACC team.

I don't know the teams of the ACC vs $ec games except FSU beating LSU to start the season nor do I really care but I know the Big XII ones. Texas by 10 over Bama, BYU by over Arkansas by 7 and Missouri over Kansas St by 3.

I may not remember quite accurately but weren't the ACC and Pac-12 the main ones against shifting to the expanded format a few years ago? Again, the rumor was that they were afraid the SEC and Big10 would get the majority of spots. Now, the ACC is spurned and the Pac is defunct. Maybe the ACC commish should apologize to FSU for keeping it at 4 given how poorly their conference is viewed outside of Clemson and ND over the last decade.

FSU has a pretty good defense but consider the opponent. That QB for Louisville, Plummer, was lost in the sauce most of that game. No, I didn't say that. What I said is the Vandy/Wake game means nothing. The week before the ACC championship game a 7-5 Kentucky from the SEC beat big bad 10-2 Louisville by 7 in Louisville. That game may be more representative ACC/SEC strength than Vandy/Wake. Or a non-bowl eligible Florida v. Florida St. game. Do you honestly believe that Florida State is as good as Alabama or Georgia? I don't. And I don't believe in entitlement. If you have five or six teams and 4 spots for them to play, someone's feelings are going to get hurt. And in my opinion the better team is in the playoffs. And it's better that it is the ACC because they are the reason there isn't a 12 team playoff this year anyway.

There is no way for sure to tell which team can beat who. Except to play each other and both team injury free.

Years ago Texas had a great team. then the cockroaches cam out of the woodwork. Last Friday undefeated high rated Newton played 3 loss Dangerfield. Many examples of this happensto try to project who is best.

All 4 playoff teams have had some close calls and games they could have lost

They beat a terrible team on Saturday night. Louisville isnt good and thats the ACC's second best team right now. I have watched them earlier. So tell me why you believe they are so good. They beat LSU when in the first game when LSU was #5. LSU was obviously overrated. So the only other ranked teams they beat are Duke and Louisville. I admit I havent watched Duke nor do I have any desire to but I did watch Louisville and they suck

Who has Alabama beaten? The defending champions Georgia who had a 29 game win streak.

I am fine I am watch plenty of football but thanks for the suggestion. Alabama is better than FSU. Everyone knows it except for you apparently. BTW Murphy lowest passing yards was 170 yards vs BYU in his first start. FSU QB had 55 yards. This begs the question as well. We had to live with Murphy's mistakes but I can say without a doubt Murphy was 5 times the QB than that FSU freshman. I did watch FSU play Florida as well, their 2nd string QB wasnt very good and they barely beat them. Florida isn't even bowl eligible and a dumpster fire. Its the team and you have to roll with what talent you got. Right now FSU doesnt have their best player. Sucks but it is what it is. Just like we had to endure in the past.

I just don't see what you see in FSU other than an undefeated schedule vs the likes of North Alabama, Pitt, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Southern Miss, and Boston College. Their Strength of Schedule is 55. LOL

You might as well claim Liberty should be the 3 seed since they went undefeated and we didnt.
