Bad calls don't get any worse than in W. Kentucky/Liberty game. WK goin for 2 Point conversion. WK receiver is open and Liberty defender grabs him once,then let's go bit decide need grab receiver again. Originally they flag Liberty but discuss it and pick flag up.

What's wrong with Riley?

No idea, but it's weird that they're trying to elevate Kingsbury in his absence which suggests someone is getting demoted/fired or Riley plans to be out for a while.

They're not going through this trouble to cover a few days as that makes zero sense.
