I don't know that Texas is pushing that hard for him. Okoye and Williams seem to be bigger priorities.

Cool.  I trust the staff's evaluations over rankings, but the film on Ross is impressive.  He is a freak athlete.  Doesn't always translate, but high ceiling.

Rankings are all over the place for him. ESPN has him as a 3 star and the 38th best OT. 247 has him outside of the top 250 as a 4 star and the 21st best OT. Rivals 171 overall and 10th best OT and On 3 18th overall and 3rd best OT.
