Speaking of, it seems that this staff is much better at having contingency plans in place than previous. Missing on plan A quickly shifts to a solid plan B. Old staffs seemed like a miss on plan A and we had to land on Plan C

On one hand,you should always have a solid back up plan. On the the other hand, the less you have to use that back-up plan, the better.

But the exceptions aren't supposed to outnumber what you're saying is the standard. Last year, both teams in the CFP championship played with Plan B QBs.
