To clarify, it is open for players to enter until Jan 18th. They can choose a school at any point.

There is another period in the spring that will allow players to enter as well.

Evan Stewart has plenty of time to think about his aggy life and whether or not that is worth continuing.

With so many abandoning that ship, it might seem like there's something wrong with him if he stays. lol

Combined with awful season they just had, I could see it if he could do just as well financially elsewhere.

Not saying he will stay or go, just that his tweet is just a teese and doesn't give us any insight. If he had decided to leave then he would be in the portal, so he may or or may not be exploring his options. 

From a Texas fan's perspective it's obvious he should leave. His perspective may be different. Maybe he is waiting to see if any staff changes occur to his liking, or maybe waiting for something else or maybe he is all aggy.

That is an interesting point.  I would assume the dead period would not apply to the transfer portal since there is a limited amount of time to enter, recruit and choose a new school.  I could wrong.

Saw Catalon play fairly recently...either this season or last. Kid is a beast. If I recall, the Longhorns were a contender for him before he chose the Hogs, right?

He’s in college and school is out. If he hasn’t enrolled for next semester and he’s entered the portal he’s free to visit a campus he may transfer to. Not the same as high school recruits.

This is a problem that could pull the NCAA apart. They better provide a solution, soon.

NCAA is dead for college football and basketball. Toothless, barking dog.  Unless your say “SFA”. Kansas and NC cheat at basketball and SFA gets games nullified. That’s just to show the little guy that the rules do apply to them.
