Yeah, it may just shake out that way if you add two more WRs, a TE, a DL and Hill.

Plus, you look good for Scott at CB.

Guys like Duce and Toviano would be number busters.

Scott may take his place. And you have portal options as well so I won't lose sleep over it. But I like his game quite a bit.

They offered the DB out of Wake Forest, so maybe they are feeling good there.

Agree I take a lot of recruiting as click bait now days. Never count recruits till they sign. And then only around 95%.

I just listened to the On3 podcast - and they indicated that Texas might be out of room to even pursue McDonald -- portal being a major factor in this.  They love his ability but were saying it may be a numbers game at this point.

Just an opinion but  Texas  needs  a DT and a TE like they need another QB!

Do need several DBS and a LB. We will see who we get in time.

Imo .NIL is great for some players. NIL is bad for college football. Somewhere down the line limits will have to be set on how much $$$ any given school can pay to get top players into their program.

NIL might help some to stay in college.  So instead of jumping after 3 years, a good NIL can keep a player for an additional year.  Just another perspective.

They aren't pushing for Pimpton. They're still holding out for Duce. If Duce declares, then we may or may not dial up Pimpton.

Pimpton is a project.
