We saw this two weeks ago in a game. The refs allowed the substitutions and the clock ran out.

End of halves in FG situation if the offensive team immediately goes to FG, defense not allowed time to sub.

I'll take a guess on this.  His NIL was with a cannabis dispensary and he did't get paid in cash but with product.  Thus this explains the large amount in his possession.

Yeah, you're talking about $150 million or so to do all of that. Probably more.
