Common Man Prediction Thread – UT vs the Hated Sooners

Amy word on Gabriel? Don’t see how he could play after that hit and all the focus on head injuries after the Tua stuff but it’s been pretty quiet in these parts.

its not only football , NASCAR has two drivers out from the playoffs due to concussion after effects, everyone is going to be very cautious because the lawsuits will come flying in shortly

With Card

Texas 28

ousux 24

With Ewers

Texas 42

ousux 21

If Ewers doesn't start this weekend, I don't expect to see him start the rest of this year unless Card gets hurt.
Interesting thought…as a Card fan I guess I’d like that but, as a lifetime Longhorn I’ve got to see more of Quinn. If I’m coach and Quinn is healthy he starts. All I wanted for Hudson was to get the respect he deserves and I think he has that now.

A few variables at play at the qb position for both teams. Hard to pick a score, so will just go with:

Texas - Get the Golden Hat

Land thieves - Will be eating deep fried humble pie by halftime

?

No predicted score, no shot at the steak knives. lol

Austin Horn is right. This game is almost impossible to predict. Remember when Colt McCoy led the Horns to win over #12 OU when we weren't ranked. Anything truly can happen in this game.

OU will make this their Super Bowl. They have to. The path to the rest of the season starts here. Will they proceed with 3 losses? Or can they save a season with a win?

I expect OU to come out firing, playing lights out. We will need to meet and exceed their intensity.

I'd expect to see a handful of gadget plays regardless of who is playing QB for them. I'd also expect Sark to unveil a few more wrinkles to the Wildcat formation. Should be a fun game for the first 3 quarters anyway. Then hopefully a Horn steamroller grinding the sooners' season into dust as we pummel them into the Cotton Bowl turf.

If Gaberial is healthy will be a shoot out. If not will be a blow out,

Teams are always up for this game. With out their QB OU has no fire power.

I will go ahead and make an early prediction, and its based on a feeling with no data or inside info to back it up

Hudson Card will start the game at QB..Ewers will make an appearance in the 2nd QTR if Card doesnt put any points on the board

of course if Sark names QE the starter before Sat then obviously all bets are off...I just dont see Sark benching a QB after a 300 yard passing game
He benched Jalen Hurts after a national championship.

I don't like the way the money line is trending.
-275? Watching it closely as if it money starts going toward Sooners we know the sharps have info on Gabriel. Texas pretty big favorite now which I don’t really like either lol
