In a heartbeat. Baxter is the real deal. And I absolutely move on from Owens if Baxter comes.

Maybe something happened with NIL/incentives, maybe it didnt.

However, there's nothing weird about this at all, IMO. Look at our track record of developing OL for the past 15 years. I don't blame any OL recruit who would look at us and say "pass" until we showed some improvement in this area.

He and Texas seemingly parted ways a few weeks ago when Coach Banks started offering several TEs.

That doesn't make much sense to me. Coach Flood obviously has had plenty of success recruiting and developing top players.  The lack of Oline recruiting and development by the previous coaching staffs wouldn't be new information that could explain such an abrupt change in attitude.
