If that is the case, does Sark try and bring in a veteran from the Portal for depth or to compete with Ewers?

Don't know that a veteran who is in the portal would want to come here on the off chance he doesn't win the starting spot and has to ride the pine behind a freshman wonderkin.

I've been waiting to see some portal offers go out on the edge since I feel that's a huge weakness, but maybe the right players haven't presented themselves yet.

Once Ewers committed, I expected Casey to transfer and follow through this time.  I hope Card stays for another season.  Card wasnt ready this year but he should be much better with some time to develop. However, it's foolish to think anyone is going to start other than Ewers.  Whomever hits the deep passes and corners the best & not turn the ball over will start.
