Biden is a terrible choice for President.  Clinton, and Obama's, relations with China were near (or past) criminal and I STILL know that repudiating a shitbag like Trump that foments racial division in our society is MORE IMPORTANT than a trade deal.

GOP has the Senate.  Not much will get done during a Biden Presidency - but it is our chance as a Republic and stand up for what is good and right in the world and tell Trump to pack up his clown show and get back to reality TV where he can do less harm to our great nation.

Two reasons voter fraud needs the pause/delay in voting

1. First,  the party committing the fraud needs to see how many ballots they have to make up.  They don't want to commit the fraud too early as they don't know whether they will need to commit the fraud;  and if they do commit it, they need to know how many fraudulent votes they need to cast to insure a victory, without being too conspicuous in their fraud.
   
2. Second, they need a large amount of people to have voted so that they can determine who has not already voted.  If the fraudster creates an illegal ballot for a voter who has already voted, the fraud will be disqualified as a double ballot.
   

 
Thus the reason for Democrats declaring a pause in voting in Detroit, Atlanta, Wisconsin, and Philadelphia.  They needed to see how many fraudulent ballots they needed to create, and to make sure the ballots were not in the name of a person who had already voted.
 
In Detroit, they needed to make up so many votes that their fraud was rather conspicuous.  They had a voter participation rate of 89%--while the previous voter participation rates were between 65-73% in recent history--even when the election of the first African-American president was on the ballot.    They were willing to push the envelope to 89% because that is what they needed to overcome Trump's lead and get a 20,000 vote margin.
 
The theory of the need for the vote pause/delay fits the data rather well.
