Gotta give my Battlin Billies a shout out. After a two week funk the Billies shut down undefeated Canyon Lake in the 2nd half and scored 14 unanswered to win 21-14.

 
unfair to schools who can't afford it i guess, UIL has to keep everything as even as possible. 
This is a sidebar to that: Wealthier schools like Westlake had sideline defibrillators early on which have saved lives at games.  Different than iPads obviously, but came to mind reading your post.  Another example of disparity between schools.
