Mistakes

Why do we continue to make mistakes at key parts and points of the ballgame? I've realized its either the defense is playing ok and the offense is playing or weak or vice versa... There is never a time both units are doing well at the same time! Our qb play is soooool sporadic...Why do we keep changing area's and positions on the team that need not be...I'm so over Sam throwing picks at the worst times in games wow!!!!
