Texas goes quietly in the 9th and falls 8-3 in the series finale. Not a good series for the Horns.

Does Pierce have some good pitchers recruited for next year? I ask because I don’t know.

Next year is on him, and we’re not going very far with this bunch.

Losing the series to 2 of the bottom 3 teams in the Big XII on the road is not a good sign.

Yes.  Very good class coming in next year.

Incorrect.  Most of them are currently projected to make it to campus.  Of course things could change, but indications at this point is that they should come to Austin.

Not the stud from the Houston area. His name escapes me but a recent interview with him it sure sounded like we was going in the draft

You missed the word "most" in my reply, Mike?

It's still far too early to say yea or nay on HS kids unless they are first round types, which at this point I don't believe any of the Texas recruits are.
