Report: Chris Warren To Transfer From Texas

Playing time in the bowl gamewill be deciding factor for Shane. IMO
I think you are dead on.  Many people think Mayfield left Tech because he wasn't offered a full-ride.  I actually think he went into Kingsbury's office before the bowl game that year and asked one simple question:  Am I the starter next year?  In my opinion Shane will ask the exact same question (unless he already knows the answer).

It would have been nice to see what Shane could have done with an above average offensive line in an offense that did not place a premium on the QB being about 2/3rds a RB.

Lol no sir . After the Thanksgiving I had nooo sir .. Devil horns will come out of me
Did somebody talk politics on Turkey Day?

Sure fire way to clear the deck of lingerers on the Holiday is to go there.

Lol no lol my whole family is divided between longhorn fans and aggie fans.. Both situations are F**** up if you ask me lol

Not surprised that any of the players mentioned are leaving both to the pros and by transfer. The defense could take a huge hit with loss of Poona,Hughes,Hall,A.Davis all Srs and then Malik,Hill,Elliott possibly Boyd and Omenihu. We could see a repeat of what happened in 2015 after loss of best players from 2014 defense and playing way to many true freshmen especially at DB. The loss of Williams and Dickson the best punter in Texas history will be huge. Beuchele had 2700 yards as frosh while playing part of year with hurt arm but Shane skill set does not fit this offense could see him and Warren head to Tampa. The inability of this staff to get Duvernay touches is one reason why offense had trouble moving the ball.

Shane is not Hermans guy for his offense scheme ..Elingher is more dual threat which is what Herman wants in his offense..the problem is Sam isnt the best runner and not the best thrower..Hermans offense requires a qb that excels at the run ala VY He has two viable qbs on the roster but neither one fits this offense enough to make it dynamic..then you have an OC that blows. The kids wanting to leave early is an indication of turmoil within the program. I always belive that success leaves clues and so does failure. I have seen too many clues from Herman and Beck that the offensive woes are due to injuries ,youth and crapload of self inflicted problems..no player on the offense feels great about the future with the way players are being used or not used.  Herman needs to address what we all know and make a change at the OC position. .getting better and having success starts there..imho

Oh that one is easy.  Just figure out who both parties hate (other than each other) and spend the Holiday talking bad about them.

For example: ISIS, the Taliban or Texas Tech.

He probably would throw for around 2,958 yards 21 TD's and 11 int's or something like that.

Rising and Thompson will be very, very good. But they will be freshmen. I'm tired of seeing freshmen start.
This seems like a never ending story for us.  We keep changing OC's, HC's, and throwing in true freshmen every year.

I am more conservative and I avoid talking politics around my daughter at all costs.

She was mostly conservative until she went to UT and now she is very liberal.   She was a Bernie supporter last year.

My son, who is a Marine, and I avoid talking politics around her during family events.

Dickson is a junior...has there been talk of him leaving as well?

Get ready there will be a lot more... We literally could have only around 55 players left on the roster before the 2018 class signs.

I know this is all either alignment, playing time entitlements, or NFL contracts.

This is like the Strong era all over again.  Same record.  Same alignment departures.  Same shit show product.

I swear this shit plays on a repeating loop.
