The only thing I have is that he put it on cruise control as soon as he accepted the offer.  We were his retirement plan.  It was and is about the money

The job at Texas requires a significant increase in responsibilities such as donor and LHN commitments that Louisville just doesn't have. The uptick in responsibilities means our coach needs to be organized and skilled at hiring coordinators to help him run a successful program. Charlie's downfall has been ineptitude in both of those spaces which puts too much on his plate. There aren't enough hours in the day to execute in all areas so he devotes unsatisfactory amount of time to each and this is the result
