Keep an eye on Deontay Anderson. Was told we really gave him something to think about.
He OVs to Ol Miss the final weekend

Southall is also scheduled for them that last weekend

Ol Miss has 20 commits and are currently #5 nationally

They have a big closing weekend planned with scheduled 12 visitors (11 of them uncommitted) with Anderson as the highest ranked

I also noticed they already have 2 safeties committed (including Greg Eisworth of Grand Prairie who is listed a safety)

BTW, on Southall, Miami did an in-home with him last night after he got back from Austin

Maybe aggy too

Doesnt look so jazzed about having aggy in the house

Greg Eisworth is one name I forgot totally about

Now I understand Juan that according to Higs that Strong is planning on taking 5 OL

Per Inside Texas, LB Dontavious Jackson of Alief Elsik has set an unofficial visit to UT for January 29th

IMO, DJAX and Shark will sign with Texas. The Horns will be set at LB for at least 3 years with Jefferson, Wheeler, Hager, Freeman, Townsend, Hughes, Djax, Shark, and possibly Fowler. Of course you make room for Moses and Hines in 17

Texas A&M commit Mark Jackson took an official visit to Austin over the weekend with the notion that it would just be another visit but the four-star DE left Texas on Sunday considering them a viable option with a few weeks left until national signing day.  “Honestly, you could really see where Texas is going,†Jackson said.  “It’s very close-knit and brotherly out there.  I really got an idea how I would fit into their schemes.  It was something I really enjoyed.  I didn’t think Texas was in there before the visit but Texas is probably in there now.â€
