Clarington apparently cleared by the NCAA (waiting on Texas?)

The perceived issue for Clarington were whether all his transfer classes counted. If it's just an ACT test score that's probably good news.

What a bunch of twerks.

The issue is not Devo's intelligence, at least as I understand it. The issue was always multiple schools. The ACT folks need to get over themselves. Devo's test scores are legit.

ACT: take it or leave it. Get off your butts.

Hook 'em!

No offense, but just how do you know the test scores are legit?

The Possibilities:

1. NCAA forgot to mail notification to Devo and UT forgot to notify Devo.

2. Devo has been notified by everybody, but is playing it cool with an extended summer vacation.

3. Aggy intercepted all letters and is currently enjoying the confusion caused.

4. NCAA did not mail notification to Devo or UT.

5. NCAA mailed notificaiton to UT only and Patterson is trying to make money on it before forwarding it.

6. We just don't know.
Right now I would say number 6 is the safe answer.

The ACT administrators are responsible for verifying who is taking the test, test materials used, and test security. Are we to believe the test administrators did not do their jobs properly?

It's one or the other. Either they are legit, or all scores across the country are suspect. It's time for these bureaucrats to quit screwing with a kids dreams.

As Primal Defense said, number 6 is the correct answer and that's as level one as it gets.
