SignUp Now!That doesn't surprise me one bit. In fairness, Texas has sites that are bad just like TexAgs. TexAgs is just bottom of the barrel is all.My daughter and son-in-law are aggie vet school graduates. They say they and the bulk of the TAMU fanbase, hold Texags in complete disdain.
She also says the aggy corps is still the prominent fraternity on campus and in the school culture.
In other words, like the state California, the inmates are still running the asylum.
he said that after his in home visits with switzer and royal...he said the lines of..if god is willing to let me sleep through the night and have to get up to go the bathroom then it was in his will that i go to Texas..if not OUI do. It was talked about not long ago in local (Austin) media, and I got the gist of it but can't remember the precise details.
The aggie corps' dirty little secret is they let students with sub-par grades into A&M if they agree to play Army for four years. With the corps being so deeply ingrained in their culture, you'd think aggie would be better at it. http://www.dailytexanonline.com/2014/12/01/ut-rotc-program-named-best-in-regionMy daughter and son-in-law are aggie vet school graduates. Lol you're not excited?I'm really curious about what happened these last two days. We went from NSD winners to nothing to be excited about. Crazy. I'm officially exhausted from all this recruiting season. I'm never going to get this invested in the process again
DocYou have been adamant that Mack was coming to Texas until a day or two ago. Do you have any idea what happened? No one else does.My daughter and son-in-law are aggie vet school graduates. They say they and the bulk of the TAMU fanbase, hold Texags in complete disdain.

now i have to disagree wth that..we just pulled in some of the top prospects that were in the top 100 or the top 10...and pulling IN Malik and McNeal were HUGE..so i wouldnt say that...even without Mack,,Strong did pretty goodI'm really curious about what happened these last two days. I'm not proud of it, but I felt compelled to break my own "don't tweet recruits" rule. Lord, I apologize for being one of those creepy fans/alums this one time...

Reminds me of the Democratic Party. Put out enough mis-information and people start to believe it.Good post.
I just got off the phone with someone I've waited all day to hear from. We spent about two mins talking about the rumor mill today, then the rest of the call was about the reason the rumor mill went batty today.
Aggy thinks that the more muddy the water can be, the more likely they win. I do not grasp this concept, but it has been employed each year against us but has been ramped into hyperdrive this year. Misinformation, continuously and repeatedly put out, is supposedly an effective strategy to use on young adults in persuading them to change their minds.
We have witnessed the brunt of that today and likely will see some crazy stuff again tomorrow.
Combine that with what I described previously today (the pay sites manipulating the market) and the set up for chaos is perfect.
.
This kid may wake up today and pick UCLA for all we know.I won't discuss what, but some things entered the picture and he changed his mind from Texas. To whom he was 80% committed.
There is still a remote chance he will have a change of heart - but it looks grim.
That's just the way it is out west. Moving on.
