2015 Recruiting Season is in full swing

Dobbs, I think this happens every year during recruiting season due to press and websites. Hopefully, the team just laughs at it all, and remembers when it happened to them.

With the team living in the dorm and eating together, they probably have a good time talking about fan reactions. We are pretty funny.

Apparently Looch is telling aggy that there is a chance the flip Boyd on NSD.

Also saying they could flip Vahe.

Delusional thinking at it's finest. I just can't see that happening at all.

Kai Locksley - FYI  from last week:
Harley - this is a HUGE find.

I think FSU just blinked... Locksley HAS to be having serious second thoughts about Free Shoes University.... this is great news for The Good Guys!!!

Charlie Strong mojo is working y'all...

hook 'em!

The excitement for Heard should have been there the hole time.... I think Swoopes killed some the trust we had in our QB's.... So saddle up your horses guys and enjoy the ride....

I think you lay that at Watson's feet. He's the one who kept saying Heard wasn't ready. He's the one who thought it more prudent to work a walk-on during bowl practices than his future QB.

Cat's out of the bag on that now so hopefully that stuff is over.

Luigi has been running with that all day

I do not care if we recruit Helen Keller or Tiny Tim. My concern is whether Watson (as and *ahem* Wickline) can fashion an offense around the talent they have. My main complaint about Watson's offense last season is that it showed absolutely no creativity. Heard, Merrick or any QB; whoever runs the offense has to know how to play MacGuyver and work with what they have.

Personally, I have my concerns whether Texas has a strategist that can build an offense built around Merrick or Heard. I cant think of a single play last season that was creative or innovative.

I don't think the question is Heard or Merrick as much as it is Watson.
Bridgewater says hi.....

Watson killed the excitement for Heard with his BS about Heard not picking up the offense as if he is an idiot...That, or the offense is too damn complicated for college kids and he needs to change the darn thing so it doesn't take two freaking years to learn.

aggy thinks Mack is down to them and TCU, that UT is out
They're down to pure hyperbole to generate clicks. If not for the momentary pause they had with Murray, that place would be the same as a psycho ward right now.

When you look at those two pictures Mack took this week – you realize how delusional aggy has to be.

They ignore Boyd for an entire year and think now he's going to confess long-dying love for them suddenly? And with his little brother in the UT fold already he's going to flip at the wire?

Bridgewater says hi.....
Bridgewater obviously has no more college eligibility left, so can I take your response to mean Bridgewater will be OC at Texas next year? Otherwise, I'm kind of lost trying to figure out how Teddy Bridgewater is an indication Shawn Watson can use scheme to make a marginal QB highly productive. Bridgewater was not a marginal talent for the conference he played in. Also, I have yet to see how Watson's scheme was the sole difference in Bridgewater's success.
The key to next season is going to be avoiding injuries at skill positions and Watson bringing some level of creativity to mask the weaknesses of the young skill players. The D will be solid. The worst thing will be another year of injury at QB. We have to get some indication whether Watson can work with the talent he has or only with the talent he wishes he had.
