I just went on a little internet field trip to read what the FSU Boards are saying about Locksley. I found there are two main things being said:
1. Based upon the fact that he is 'announcing' on NSD, they feel his is going to flip to another school. I don't agree with this logic but hey just relaying what I read.
2. Multiple posters basically said good riddance to Kai Locksley. In the opinion of the few fans that posted on the subject, they feel like he is a 'project' and his talent does not measure up to the expectations of FSU. They went on to say that he could play 3 positions but is not capable of playing any of them at a high level. I don't agree with this either.
Just found it interesting that he does not seem to be a high priority compared to the other 2 QB commits and there seems to be a mindset that they care less if ends up elsewhere. As a matter of fact, they would prefer him to go elsewhere. I guess they aren't watching the film that I have watched. I think the kid needs a year to develop (like most QBs), but I think he can and most likely become a very good QB at the college level.
Thanks, Juan. And that was the phrase I saw earlier today but couldn't remember where.aggy doesnt believe in that stuff.
They are sure it had to be a bag of ca$h
I guess in moments of self-doubt, we reach for what we know, what feels most comfortable
And envelopes of cash are what is familiar to them
For us it shows Charlie's message resonates with certain people
Not all of them But that doesnt matter since we dont need all of them
We will get enough, and those ones are going to outwork the rest
Excellent undercover intell you gathered on one of the key recruits on the table and one we really need. CS visit was very timely that we want and need him.I just went on a little internet field trip to read what the FSU Boards are saying about Locksley. I found there are two main things being said:

He's been a LSU commit for so long, makes you wonder if he is debating on leaving the state of Louisianna.
Oh I trust this guarantee if it is coming from Baylor News.
Maybe he is a bit of a project. I dont care. He is very athletic and his dad is a coach. He is a take.
Maybe the superior QB play of late has spoiled the FSU folks a little? We already been through that ourselves, right?
We need Kai for the depth (imagine if Heard got injured in the summer?). We need him for the competition. And we need him because his talents fit well into the next evolution of our offensive scheme.
