Baylor Kicker

My son is a freshmen at wacko university. I told him before the game even started that the defense was going to cost them the game and sure enough thats kinda the way it went of course the kicker let them down just as much as the defense did...anyway my son was pissed at the kicker and we both laughed our ass off at the gif on this thread......poor kid his jock strap became his chin strap after that hit.

The kicker came out on his actual twitter page and said he was fine. It was hilarious to watch over and over again but I'm glad he's okay

The blocker did not hit the kicker in the head or neck...he hit the dude on the side below his arm pit, check the arm flying upward, the real problem was the way the kicker landed on the hard artificial surface.
Check out the head, it clearly pops back, if it were down as low as you say...his head would go forward not backwards.

Watch this version, it slows it down a little. Watch his shoulder and how quickly his body twist. If you look close enough at the point of impact you can see his shoulder slightly elevating. If you see this and still have the same opinion then we will just have to agree to disagree but to me it looks pretty obvious the hit landed in the chest to shoulder area. The best evidence of that is his rapid change of direction, the way his hands fly up and even the way his head turns with his body instead of against it.

Fair enough guys, thanks for taking the time to make your case...

I turned out to be the one that should be getting the laughable comment..

My apologies
